Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund where applicable.
